Imagine the added value and potential sales in providing your customer with Thermal Transfer Labels and Ribbons that are packaged together in the same carton and in the proper ratio.  By providing labels and ribbons in the proper ratio you can reduce your customer’s down time by 25%.   Down time to replace the consumables (labels & ribbons) is necessary but not to the degree of constantly stopping the print run to change one or the other.   The proper ratio allows labels and ribbons to be replaced at the same time not at odd intervals.   There is also value in providing these products together and on the same invoice.  And we provide them to you at a very competitive price.

Note: to assure that we deliver the proper quantity of labels, we overrun our label rolls by 1%.  This skews the ratio a bit so that the labels and ribbons may not run out at the exact same time.  Although it may mean a small amount of wasted labels, to realize the down time savings mentioned above your customer will need to replace both the label and ribbon roll at the same time.
