PREPRESS CAPABILITIES
  • Our Macintosh-based Pre-press Department accepts graphic files from Mac or PC via 3.5" Floppy Disk. CD, Zip Disk, or through e-mail to:
     
  • We accepts files generated in Adobe or Quark XPress as well as Adobe PDF Files - Quark and Illustrator files are preferred.
     
  • Please attach or outline any unique fonts.

CUSTOM CAPABILITIES
  • Short, Medium, and Especially Long Run of thermal, laser, and EDP label & tag production.

  • Ten color capabilities for front and back printing - any PMS colors.
  • Labels & Tags produced using all commercially available materials with the exception of foils.

    SOCK TERMS: EDP, LASER, & THERMAL
     
  • Payment Terms 1% 10 Days, Net 30 Days. Accounts with invoices aged beyond 45 days may be placed on credit hold.
     
  • Prepaid Accounts will be assessed a 3% Service Charge ($3 Minimum) on all orders. Invoices aged beyond Terms will be charged a 1-1/2% Late Fee.
     
  • No Charge for split shipments with two shipping points. For each additional shipping point, add a $5.00 charge.
     
  • Quantities ordered must be in fill box quantities.
     
  • RETURNS: Full box quantities only, 15% Restocking charge / $20.00 Minimum, Product must be returned within 6 months of invoice date / Direct Thermal Labels must be returned within 90 Days of invoice date.
     
  • All multiwide EDP labels have vertical perforations between rows except cheshire labels which have no vertical perfs.
     
  • Stock product may be shipped F.O.B. from any Data-Label location.
STOCK EDP & LASER IMPRINT TERMS
  • Prefigured one color imprint price per M / Four colors possible on EDP / Six colors possible on laser.
     
  • See additional color charge per M for each additional color beyond one.
     
  • Each copy change is $20.00, Each Ink change is $25.00.
     
  • Any new imprint order requires a $45.00 one time plate charge per color, screens charged as a separate plate.
     
  • Full vertical slits or perfs: Price as a one color imprint plus a $20.00 set-up charge for new or repeat orders.
     
  • Artwork, logos, etc. will be charged at cost unless an electronic graphic file is furnished - See Pre-press Capabilities below.
     
  • Any PMS ink color may be used except 800 Series.
     
  • Registration guaranteed to 1/32" and color matches to 1/2 shade.
     
  • Orders must be for full box quantities per copy and color.
     
  • Color proofs charged at $25.00 each / Faxed or mailed laser proofs charged a $10.00 EACH.
     
  • Imprint prices quoted a F.O.B. Terre Haute, Indiana 47807.
